Yes, our niece has phoned a few times in the past week and says the water just keeps coming. I remember a saying they always laughed about, “watacero come”! I am pretty sure it is a made up Spanish phrase but it always sparks laughter. Panama needs as many phrases as it can get to describe the rain, it is awesome.
I know what you mean. The phrase is “aguacero” as you probably know. It has been flooding in Panama for about a week. Peter, just opened the water faucet and water keeps flowing down. We are expecting rain about midday.
