Trolley Rails

Trolley rails from a mass-transportation system operated by the former Panama Canal Company in Panama City at the turn of the previous century.  They are long gone.  Only the rails remain.  Nostalgy of an era that has faded away into the sunset.

Good Day!

  1. In order to take this picture I had to lie on my belly with a white sheet un me to protect my clothes. A traffic policeman protected me from incoming cars. That is how the picture was taken several years ago.

I used a modest Canon P&S PowerShot A720 IS camera. I still have it with me and wagging its tail like a spoiled puppy.

Thanks for your encouraging comment, Desley.
