El Dorado Theatre

Structure of El Dorado Theatre located in the District of Santa Ana flanking the Pedestrian Street (Calle Peatonal).  This was one of two motion picture theatres operating in the area.  We watched two movies for the price of one.  Cost?  Only 35 cents.  Amazing!

    1. Hello Linda:

I forgot to say that the theater is no longer operating as a theater. It is now a clothes store. People living in the area are familiar with this place.

It is not a fancy spot; mainly visited by blue collar customers. But let me tell you, the architecture is first class. They don’t build structures like these anymore. Most of them are “match boxes” boring towers.
