    This is one of the reasons we have been reading your blog for so long. Look at the photos above then review this post from last year. One gets a real feel for the seasons of Panama from your photos. Most folks think about “the tropics” and think sunshine and beaches. During the summer, I don’t think I have ever seen bluer skies anywhere. jim and nena

    I can see you are a loyal follower of Lingua Franca. Indeed there is quite a difference between now and last October. Then we had some rain, now it’s very hot and dry. It is expected that the dry season will extend all the way to may or June. El Niño is hitting Panama hard.

    You have a detective’s mind. Able to make acute observations and deductions from them. Remember Sherlock Holmes?
