Of all the “Twisters“, Paola is the one who loves to have her picture taken.  She is my favorite model.  I’m trying to convince younger Dana, to pose for me, but she is holding her ground.  Good Day!

  1. Such serious expressions in the first two photos and then the wonderful smile lights up her little face. Maybe her younger sister Dana will let you take her picture eventually because she sees big sister doing it 🙂

    1. Taking pictures of children is not an easy job, because they are very temperamental and will not stay still. You have to take the shot and move on. I tried very hard to get a pleasant face, until finally the sun came out with the third picture.

Dana is next in line for a series of pictures. All the “Twisters” have posed for the camera. These picture will long be remembered when they grow up and have children of their own. Long after I’m gone. That will be my legacy for this family—the faces of their children when they were just little kids growing up.

      1. I’m sure they will treasure these when they grow up! My parents have so many of us when we were children but I want to scan them to get them into a digital format. Take care 🙂

    1. Hi Linda:

So far, Paola has been my most consistent model, albeit she has a strong character. Convincing her to take the chair is not a piece of cake. However I’m a determined old man. Over the years, I’ve been able to accumulate several pictures of her with different faces.

The third one was a tough one to shoot. When she smiled, I knew I had my day as a family photographer.
