In this pictures, the wires and cables (lines) played an important part in composing the shot.  “The eye is forever intrigued by lines, drawn to it like a moth to flame, as they say.”  Good Day

  1. Morning Ann:

Lines are very important in photography, because that is what the brain follows in a pictures. Photographers referrs to them as guiding lines. As I step up the ladder of the craft, I try to concentrate on lines to enhance the composition.

I’m glad you enjoyed the quote. I’ve noticed that you are also very fond of quotes. Another thing in common between Panama and Ukraine. 🙂

    Best Regards,

    Omar.-

    1. We will receive your birds with open arms. We see them flying overhead as they fly to their favorite sweetspots in South America.

The birds in the picture are Panamanian birds, they will stay here where their homes are. They aren’t migrating anywhere.

When I saw those black birds perched on the wires, I stopped the car and shot the picture with my Samsung cellphone camera. The movie, “The Birds”, directed by Alfred Hitchcock, was orbiting inside my head.

      Bye,

      Omar.-
