Flowers in the House

This year we decided to have fresh flowers in the living room as much as our budget could afford. So far we have kept our promise. Photo by ©Omar Upegui R.

  1. The flowers are lovely, but you know what I like best? The star-shaped doily beneath. I think the pattern actually is a variation on one called pineapple, but in any event, I have three small ones my grandmother made, which I used beneath candles at Christmas time.

    1. We have several of these doilies donated to my wife by her mother. It’s difficult to buy these pieces of elaborate linen in Panama. They have a sentimental value for us and we use them all year round.

      Regards,

      Omar.-
