A Gorgeous Building of Yesterday in Panama City, Panama

During a recent photo-walk to downtown Panama; “la Calle Peatonal” to be specific, I happened into this yellow building with a lovely architecture style.  It’s an old building—at least 50 or 60 years old.  I don’t know its history, although I wished I did.

The style is similar to buildings I’ve seen in the Middle East, like in Morocco, for example.  It was in a pretty good shape.  It is a pleasure to see that old buildings like these are still standing giving the city a glamorous look and a personality of class.

  1. Hello Eagle-Eyed Editor and Barbara:

I agree totally with both of you. This is a building to look at for a long time and enjoy the view of architecture with class. The reference to a James Bond 007 movie is interesting.

    Bye,

    Omar.-
