Taking heed of our doctor’s recommendations, we are eating fresh fruit every day, specially during breakfast.  Today we had fresh papaya in small chunks.  Sweet and juicy as you can see.

The doctor also pointed out that if you want a healthy life, eat fresh fruit on a daily basis, stay away from sweets, carbonated beverages, fried foods, McDonald’s, red meat, salt, and high spirits.  If you enjoy fish, go ahead and put it on the table too. Exercise as much as you can, drink lots of water, laugh without restrictions, and sleep generously.

We are trying to follow all of the above, albeit it’s not as easy as you can surely understand.
