At 68 I can’t eat the amount and kind of food I ate when I was younger. The body has slowed down and I am now more selective on the kind and amount of food I eat every day.
This picture is an eloquent example. Our lunch yesterday was very frugal and easy to digest. Boiled yucca, boiled chicken, white onions and tomatoes. The Chinese tea is the cherry on the icing. Simple as that. Simplicity is a healthy word. Good Day.
