Departing Train In The Heights

A subway train departing for Los Andes No. 2 station in Panama City, Panama. The railways is several feet high above the streets below. It’s like riding on a plane when you’re inside the coach. Photo by ¬©Omar Upegui R.

  1. I did a “double-think” before opening the page. The Heights is one of the oldest and most historic neighborhoods in Houston, but I wasn’t aware of a train going through it. Once I made that split-second move to Panama, all was well. Nice shot.

  2. Split-Second Move. I like that. Seem like a title for a Hollywood motion picture. Anyway, I’m glad you were redirected to the correct site, or else you would not have seen the train.

Isn’t it amazing how similar, yet different things are out there?

    Best Regards,

    Omar.-

  3. Hi There Barbara,

Hey, that’s a nice thing to say about my photography. Today I’m starting a course on image processing with a software called Adobe Photoshop Light Room. As you can imagine I’m a bit thrilled at the idea of enhancing future shots for Lingua Franca’s readers.

Photography is such a fascinating hobby.

    Bye,

    Omar.-
