There’s Nothing New Under the Sun

”The budget should be balanced, the Treasury should be refilled, public debt should be reduced, the arrogance of officialdom should be tempered and controlled, and the assistance to foreign lands should be curtailed lest Rome become bankrupt. People must again learn to work, instead of living on public assistance.”
— Cicero, 55 BC

Yep, there’s nothing new under the sun.  Good Day.

  1. Hello Abe:

Nice to hear from you again. Yes, I was referring to the sun which is the center of our planetary system.

Universe is such a dense subject it makes me dizzy just to think about how big it could be.

Eternity could be too much a small word to describe the Universe.

What caught my attention of Cicero’s quote was how relevant it is after all these years. Its a phrase anybody would have said in 2009.

    Take care,
