While taking a close look at a palm tree in a small internal park where I live in Panama City, Panama, I was attracted by several large dry leaves which seemed to me like very large fans.  The leaves had lost their green and looked light brown, bending softly downwards ready to fall at any time.  Their prime time had passed and they had already been replaced by young green leaves.

Even though these were dying leaves, there was a raw beauty in their shapes and textures.  I took the opportunity of capturing the attractiveness of these large leaves which I associated with large fans of Nature.  This is what I saw.  Here we go.

If you happen to know the name of this palm tree, I would appreciate if you would leave us a comment on any information you might have about it.  I “Googled” it but no joy.  I was greatly impressed by its large broad leaves and  dimensions.  Good Day.
