You know I love this shot! Do you happen to know if some of these are young? They look smaller than the ones around here. It may just be the perspective, since you have both the brown and Peruvian. Pelicans are just wonderful – they’re the state bird of Louisiana.

I really don’t know, I’m not an expert on birds. However, I think they are adult pelicans, but look rather small from a distance. Most, if not all the pelicans around here, are brown.
Glad you liked the shot. I think they are enjoying the free boat ride.
