Following the trend of many companies, I didn’t find a paper Owner’s Manual for my Kindle Fire inside the box. For a moment I was afraid, there wasn’t any. I’m happy to say that Amazon made great efforts to include a digital User’s Guide embedded in the software of the tablet. Every bit of information is there at your disposal, so you can squeeze all the juice inside the gadget.
Since I received the Kindle Fire by the end of November, I’ve been reading it on a daily basis, to learn how this baby works.

I’m still disappointed that I can’t download videos, music, periodicals, and/or Apps from Amazon’s Store. This content is only available for customers living within the United States. But there’s no use crying over spilled milk. I started to dig deep into the manual to find out what I could do with the tablet.
I’ve learned that YouTube looks terrific and has tons of videos which will put a smile on your face. I learned that you can stream movies, songs, orchestral music, and movies to your heart’s content. I never imagined YouTube was so dense in all kinds of subjects. I’m also having fun viewing Internet TV stations such as: CNN, MSNBC, and ESPN.
Even though Pandora is out of the picture, I can still listen to Internet radio stations such as AccuRadio and Finetune which makes me feel like living in any U.S. city.
I daily bring the Kindle Fire to my breakfast table in the early morning and watch the morning news, and during the evenings, I also place it on the dinner table and relish music from Beethoven, Mozart or Vivaldi. I no longer have to stay in my home office to appreciate orchestral music. I’m rapidly learning to adapt to my situation, and promise to have more good news as I find more Easter Eggs inside this puppy.
Below are a couple of pictures of my Kindle Fire in action, on the dinner table. Here we go.

Oh, before I forget. I’m planning to buy a nice pair of stereo speakers to listen to classic music in my bedroom. I still don’t like the poor audio quality of the tablet’s speakers. Then I will feel a lot better. Good Day.

When all else fails, read the manual.
Hi Richard:
That’s absolutely right. Having a considerable amount of restricted contents from Amazon’s store, I had to dig deep into the manual to find out what more I could do, to take advantage of the features of the new tablet.
Have a Wonderful New Year in your new home, Panama. Welcome to the land of the abundance of fishes, where butterflies gather, and where Panama trees open its friendly branches to foreign residents like you. Happy New Year!
Best Regards,
Omar.-
I would like to buy a Kindle fire manual. If you have one that you would like to sell or know of where I could buy one, let me know.
