For several months I’ve been interested in making my own videos to post here in Lingua Franca. I had no idea how to begin and what software to use. I spoke to Raúl, the son of my nephew, and he recommended Windows Movie Maker. I took his suggestion and started playing with the software and finally came up with a rustic video which I transferred to YouTube and from there, to Lingua Franca.
The video has as background music the Ninth Symphony of Ludwig Van Beethoven and it also includes several images of Panama City taken with my loyal Canon PowerShot A720 IS point-and-shoot camera. This is my first video and feel most interested in learning the tricks of the trade for future videos. It was a wonderful experience. I hope you like Beethoven and the pictures.
If you have any other suggestions about software to make videos with audio and photographs, please let me know. I would like to use other options. I found Windows Movie Maker to be a restricted software with limited features. Thanks in advance and enjoy the rest of the day.
