After I shot this picture, I noticed the taxi was parked on a space restricted for handicapped people only. This lazy and irresponsible cabby was taking advantage of this special parking space. In Panama we call this negative kind of behavior “juega vivo”. It’s spreading like a viral disease.
I hate it when some people abuse persons with physical disabilities. It’s not a good example for the younger generations. Good Day.
