Today my post will be a brief one. Yesterday morning I underwent a minor eye surgery at the Centro de Cirugía Ocular. My eye doctor (ophthalmologist) detected two small deposits of fat in my right eye lid. She suggested they should be extracted to avoid future irritations in the future.
The operation was painless and lasted approximately fifteen minutes. Today at eleven o’clock I should see her to take off the bandages and check that everything is O.K.
It’s a pain in the …eye to have only one eye to read. I need both. Sometimes I wish aging wasn’t so hard, but I guess that’s a fact of life. Good Day.
Edit: It’s now 12:16 noontime (-5 GMT). I just returned from Dr. Yvonne Martinelli’s clinic. She removed the bandages and checked to see if everything was all right. She gave me a clean bill of health. She prescribed Tobradex drops three times a day on the operated right eyelid. That’s it. Feel great again with my two eyes working as usual.
