Sometimes when you travel abroad, it’s a great problem when you get a hunger banzai attack in the middle of the night and all the restaurants around the hotel are closed. This happened to me once at Brighton, U.K. I had to drink several glasses of water to calm the beast. Having a 24/7 restaurant is a cure to those sudden hunger attacks.
I found a restaurant at Via Argentina that is open 24 hours a day. It’s clean, good service, tasty food and reasonable prices. It’s not the best restaurant in the area, but can crush your hunger assaults in the middle of the night. The name of this place is Restaurante y Cafetería Del Prado.

“I had dinner here more than once when I was in Panama for a month. The nice thing about this restaurant is that it stays open 24 hours a day. I don’t know why it’s also called a cafeteria because it had waiters and waitresses and there wasn’t a way for one to get his own food. It is located on a busy corner and one can sit inside or outside and watch the traffic go by while dining or enjoying a drink. The food is really good and the prices reasonable.”
