If you live in the Northern states of the United States, you know how cold it is.  For example Chicago.  Hundreds of holiday travelers spent the night in the nation’s second busiest airport and others faced delayed or canceled flights and highways choked by snow and ice as storms kept up their assault on northern states.

About 500 travelers had to spend the night at Chicago’s O’Hare International, the nation’s second busiest airport, after stormy weather canceled more than 500 flights Tuesday, said Chicago Aviation Department spokeswoman Karen Pride.

The weather service posted winter storm warnings and advisories for large parts of the West, plus a swath of the Midwest and most of the Northeast.

Police in southeastern Pennsylvania reported a spate of ice-caused accidents and traffic delays, including one 22-vehicle crash. No serious injuries were reported. Trains and buses also were delayed by ice, according to the Southeastern Pennsylvania Transportation Authority.

If you’re caught in this nightmare, you might like to come down to Panama where the weather is just perfect.  The sun is outside, the sky is crystal clear and the temperature is cool and breezy.  The beaches are just waiting for bathers to take a dip before Christmas creeps in.

At this very moment, the temperature outside my house is 31° C and the sky is partly clouded, but the breeze is cool and feels goooood.

I just took a couple of pictures outside my house to give you a glimpse of how’s the weather at my place.  Here we go:

If you want to say good bye to lousy weather, sleeping the night at airports, automobile accidents, delayed flights and freezing temperatures, come on down to friendly Panama and give yourself a treat.  You’ve earned it!  Good Day.

  • Cooliris extension blocked due to crashing issues.

  • Fix for Yahoo Mail login detection.

Last night I noticed that several websites were causing freezing problems.  One of these sites was Yahoo News.  However, today this problem has been solved.  Another inconvenience that I noticed, is that this version is somewhat slow.   Chrome and Firefox are much faster.  I will continue to use Flock and see is this inconvenience is also solved today.  Fingers crossed.
