Today the European Union fined Microsoft a record $1.3 billion for delaying compliance to Europe’s legislation for the amount it charges rivals for software information.

Today Apple updated its MacBook and MacBook Pro lineups with Intel’s Penryn processors, while bringing Multi-Touch trackpads to MacBook Pros.
